Yes. Woodland Springs is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, and the adults-only policy also applies to visitors of guests.
What can I stay in at Woodland Springs?
The park welcomes touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents, and also has heated glamping pods plus ready-to-use caravans, a motorhome and campervan-style holiday accommodation.
What types of touring and camping pitches are available?
Options include fully serviced hardstanding pitches, larger Plus and Premium pitches for bigger units, campervan pitches with electric hook-up and tent pitches with or without electric. Grass pitch availability is subject to weather and ground conditions.
What is included on a fully serviced pitch?
Fully serviced hardstanding pitches include a 16 amp electric hook-up, water and grey-waste connection. Pitch size and the type of unit accepted vary by pitch category.
Are there limits on caravan, motorhome or campervan size?
Yes. Current guidance lists campervan pitches for vehicles up to 5 metres, Standard pitches for units up to 7 metres, and larger Plus or Premium areas for units up to around 8.5–9 metres. Please give the exact unit size when booking.
What are the arrival and departure times?
For touring and camping pitches, the current published arrival window is 1pm to 7pm and departure is by 11am. Hire units are available after 3pm and must be vacated by 9am.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Woodland Springs is dog friendly and has a large fenced exercise field, a smaller dog area and a purpose-built dog shower. Dogs should be kept on a lead around the main park outside the designated exercise areas.
Are showers and hot water included?
Yes. Showers and hot water are free, with no coins or shower tokens required. Accessible facilities are also available.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available across the site and is currently supported by Starlink. Mobile coverage varies, and TV reception can be limited because of the local geography.
Is there a shop or laundry on site?
Yes. There is a small essentials shop, washing machines and tumble dryers, an indoor dishwashing area, information point and other practical facilities for longer stays.
What is inside the glamping pods?
The pods are insulated, double glazed and heated, with lighting, electric sockets and USB charging. They have lockable doors, privacy blinds and outside decking with a bistro set. Two single camp beds can be requested.
Can I cook inside a glamping pod?
No. For safety, cooking should be done outside the pod. Barbecues should also be kept off the decking and used in accordance with the park rules.
What is included in the hire units?
The hire units are set up as ready-to-use bases with gas, electricity, heating, equipped kitchens, sleeping areas and bathroom facilities. Bedding is included on the currently advertised units. They remain on site and are not available for road use.
How long can I hire a unit for?
The current hire-unit tariff offers 3, 4 or 7 day stays, generally with Monday or Friday start days. Check live availability before planning your dates.
How do deposits work?
The current booking information says stays of one to three days are payable in advance. Longer stays require a 25% deposit, or full payment if the stay starts within 21 days; balances are due 21 days before arrival. Bank-holiday bookings are payable in full in advance.
Can I use a barbecue?
Barbecues should be used outside and kept raised off grass and pod decking. Always follow the current park rules and any fire-safety guidance in force during your stay.
When is Woodland Springs open?
Woodland Springs currently advertises its glamping pods from 1 March to 31 January. Touring, camping and hire-unit availability should be checked against the live booking calendar for your chosen dates.

No. Webland is centred on privately owned holiday homes and does not operate commercial holiday lets or allow commercial subletting. That is an important part of keeping the park quiet and settled.
Is Webland Farm open all year?
Yes. Webland is open throughout the year, so owners can use their holiday home in every season. Holiday homes are licensed for holiday or second-home use and must not be used as a sole or primary residence.
Can I visit as often as I like?
The park states that owners can visit throughout the year and does not impose a fixed maximum length for an individual holiday, subject to the holiday-home licence and the terms of your own agreement.
Can friends and family use my holiday home?
Webland specifically allows friends and family to use caravan holiday homes. Commercial subletting is not allowed, as the park wants to preserve its quiet owner-led atmosphere.
Are dogs welcome at Webland?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a dedicated dog exercise area, while owners are asked to keep dogs under control around the holiday-home areas.
Does Webland have a clubhouse, bar or pool?
No. Webland deliberately does not have a club, bar, pool or entertainment complex. The emphasis is on countryside, views, space and a quieter pace.
What kinds of lodges are available?
Webland has new and pre-owned holiday lodges. Newer developments include the Meadow and Terrace, while the mature Spinney area has 28 established lodges where pre-owned opportunities arise from time to time.
What is normally included in a Webland lodge?
Current lodge information describes double glazing, central heating, furniture and furnishings, an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a master bedroom with en-suite, a separate bathroom and extensive decking. Specifications vary by lodge.
How many bedrooms do the lodges have?
Many of the Meadow and Spinney lodges are two-bedroom homes with an en-suite master bedroom. A three-bedroom option has also been available on some Meadow lodge orders, so current specifications should be checked for the individual lodge.
What standard are new lodges built to?
Current Webland lodge information describes homes built to residential-standard BS 3632 specifications. Exact construction, age and specification should be checked on the individual home.
Can I choose my own caravan?
Yes. Webland can work with you to select a caravan for an available plot. The recommended process is to visit the park first, choose a suitable plot and then discuss caravan models that fit the dimensions and character of that plot.
Are new and pre-owned caravans available?
Yes. The park advertises new caravans, show models and pre-owned caravan holiday homes when available, as well as vacant plots that can suit a caravan chosen with the park team.
How much space is there around the holiday homes?
Webland is a 24-acre park developed in five main holiday-home areas. It has been planned with space and privacy in mind; the caravan area includes a large central grass space and the lodge developments use generous plot spacing and landscaping.
Is broadband available?
Yes. Webland has invested in high-speed broadband for owners. The exact package and speed available to an individual holiday home should be confirmed with the park team.
What happens when I am away from my holiday home?
The park provides ongoing grounds maintenance and describes linked security systems for holiday homes, with the team on site to provide practical support when owners are away.
Is Webland a member of the BH&HPA?
Yes. Webland states that it has been a full member of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association for many years and follows its guidance for holiday-home ownership arrangements.
How close is Webland to Dartmoor, Totnes and the coast?
Dartmoor is only a few minutes away, Totnes is around 6 miles from the park and the South Devon coast is around 15 miles away, making Webland a useful base for both moor and coast.
